Magnetic De-stoners are used to remove iron contamination, mud balls, stones from various food products such as wheat, sugar, rice, coffee, beans, cereals, maize, soya bean, corn and many other farm grown products. The impurities mix with the products and are removed by processing through different stages of cleaning where these get removed by passing through the magnetic de-stoners. The clean material passes forward and impurities are collected on the other side after passing through the magnetic roller.
The magnetic de-stoners can also be fabricated as per the clients requirement.
The roller sizes are variable from 600mm to 2000mm and 100mm dia to 150mm to 200mm.
